
The farm is at the very heart of Orchard Market. From turning over the first soil in the spring until the apple boxes are put away for winter, the farm is a very busy place!
The fall Apple harvest has begun! We are picking both sweet eating varieties and tart apples for cooking. Extra large heads of cabbage and a number of Squash varieties are being harvested. Michigan Honeyrock Melons are a sweet tasty treat. The Free Soil Restaurant and Bakery is featuring Homemade Deep Dish Peach Pies. Lunch specials include a delicious Grilled Chicken & Apple Salad. New fudge flavors include Butter Cream and Cherry Cream. We are now taking orders for the season's final frozen fruit and vegetable sale.
